** VERY IMPORTANT ** I do not take any responsibility for any damages or miss embroidery that might occur on your own supplied items provided to me for embroidery. Embroidery machines do sometimes malfunction and they do make errors.

I do not remove old embroidery from any item but I can do a “patch” to cover it.

Some items that are too thick might not be able to be embroided on.

I accept EFT (to be cleared) cash and you can pay by card.

I will require a deposit of 50% on all orders. Some orders need 100% payment

Deposits can be made by EFT, cash or card

I accept lay buy (12 month)

No credit will be given.

No item will leave the studio unless I have received full payment.

All prices are subject to change due to different fabrics and import cost on fabric, please check pricing before you order.

Terms and conditions:

Handmade sewing items are non- refundable and should there be a sewing defect on the item please notify us within 5 days of receipt and it will be replaced or repair within 10 working days. Returns are to be sent at the cost of the client we will not carry any delivery costs.

We do not refund embroidery work or printing work

Embroidery and printing work MUST be approved, we cannot rectify an error after the work is done. It is solely the responsibility of the client to ensure that all spelling and design work is correct. Once you approve we cannot be responsible for spelling or design errors. Spelling and design errors cannot be rectified.

Cancelation of orders:
Once we start with an order and the client cancels the order a 50% cancellation fee will be levied.

I cannot refund clothing as the factory do not allow refunds once it is branded.

No returns on personalized items

If you do not collect your goods within 6 months I will donate it to my closest shelter

If you supply clothing please add a spare as mistakes do happen and I do not take responsibility for mishaps from the machine

Deposit 50% before I buy any fabric or do any design work

Deposit on dye work is 100%

Dye work takes between 10-15 working days

Quotation valid 7days

Lead time 7 working days from date of payment and depends on how busy I am, a date will be given once I receive payment. Deposit payment secure your booking, Estimate time will be giving after deposit is paid

I buy fabric only on Fridays and Saturdays, thus the 14 day waiting period might not include the date when the clients pays on a Monday. Date will be given once I buy fabric

Clothing factory deliver to me on Tuesday and Thursdays. Once payment is made I can give you ETA for items

Making labour includes the following: electricity, fuel, communications, insurances, haberdashery needs, vehicle& machine maintenance, labour.
