ANSWER: Follow the online form and I will make contact via whatsapp and send you samples of your theme, colour scheme ect and you can choose then from whatsapp communication
QUESTION: How long will my order take?
ANSWER: For normal embroidery and printing from date of design confirmation 7 days, from dye work 7-14 working days.
QUESTION: Can I pay when I collect?
ANSWER: Deposits can be made either EFT from the website or you can bring cash to our studio and the balance can also be paid either EFT or cash.
QUESTION: Do you have card facility?
ANSWER: Yes we do
QUESTION: Can I collect my order over a weekend?
ANSWER: No we do not work on Fridays or over weekends we can post your goods should you need to.
QUESTION: How do you post?
ANSWER: All items less than 5kg will be posted via postnet to postnet.
QUESTION: Can I return goods?
ANSWER: For any mishap sewing I will repair it at no charge, for any personalized items I do not take returns all designs needs to be checked by the client to ensure spelling ect is correct.
QUESTION: Can I change my mind after I agree to saying I am happy
ANSWER: No, once you agree and you are happy your order gets processed, no refund, no changes will be accepted.
